Ballet for the viewer is not exactly what ballet is for dancers. This is completely different. This is just the opposite. If for you it is a holiday, show, joy. For them, this is work, tiredness, sweat and tears. It’s just everyday fucking work.
That is why I chose such a name and such a horrific coloring for this work.
I think this work will be understood and close first of all by the dancers themselves. Or former dancers. They without words will understand what is shown in this picture and why.
I remind for those who have forgotten or did not know at all. I do all my work myself on a real canvas, with real oil paints. With the observance of all academic technology.
